Established in 1995 by the management team of Lance Bennett and Scott Hickey, SCHC is an award winning circuit of horse shows catering to the San Diego and Santa Barbara Hunter/Jumper, and All Breed communities. Southern California Horsemans Council was created by horse show exhibitors for horse show exhibitors.
