Welcome to Southern California Horsemans Council. Established in 1995 by the management team of Lance Bennett and Scott Hickey, SCHC is an award winning circuit of horse shows catering to the San Diego Hunter/Jumper community.  Southern California Horsemans Council was created by horse show exhibitors for horse show exhibitors. We pledge a commitment to a professional show staff, value for the dollar and a fun, casual atmosphere to show in.  The management and its staff invite you to join us at our next show!!!
